RICHARD YEAGER - Rick is founder and President of Richard J. Yeager, LLC. As a former Fortune 50 executive, CFO and senior management consultant, he has provided consulting services to hundreds of senior executives from more than thirty cross-industry organizations world-wide. He specializes in helping senior business leaders improve their organization’s business performance and longer term business health. 

Prior to establishing his own consulting practice in 2003, Rick was a Partner with Accenture, LLP where he helped create the firm’s global Enterprise Performance Management practice and where he led the practice area for the eastern and mid-continent United States. Prior to joining Accenture, Rick spent more than twenty five years with a Fortune 50 company where he held corporate executive and operating company CFO positions.


BRUCE MOORHOUSE - Bruce’s passion is leadership and helping organizations discover and develop their culture and identity. His 30-year career with 3M included leading a global 3M team through a twenty-year process to research, define and develop the 3M brand system. This resulted in 3M’s new identity system, a renewed focus on brand management, employee communications and a corporate advertising campaign that ran in 43 countries. 

Bruce believes that leadership and the ability to drive fear out of an organization are critical to innovation and success. His organization at 3M worked to integrate the internal and external messages of the company around 3M’s promise of innovation and to help leaders at 3M understand the behaviors that drive a culture of innovation. Over the years, numerous companies such as Caterpillar, Ford, General Motors, and Starbucks have asked Bruce to speak or consult in their organizations on developing a culture of innovation and engaging the hearts and minds of their workers. Bruce currently teaches the capstone course for undergraduates in the School of Journalism and Mass Communications at the University of Minnesota. 

JEFF MESKILL - Jeff is an expert in developing human systems and improving their alignment to key strategies. In his 20-year professional career, he led successful turnarounds and implemented restructuring strategies across global services businesses. His most recent executive role was with an international technology company where he was responsible for all new product and service launches for twenty-one locations worldwide. 

Jeff began his career with General Electric where he held key international leadership positions focused on leading billion dollar technology introductions targeted at emerging markets. Jeff also led the M&A integration and development of new technologies as GM of the Americas, focusing on strategy alignment with new organizations and services. Jeff received his BS degree from Colorado School of Mines, and his MBA from the University of Texas, Dallas School of Management Executive MBA program. He currently is affiliated with the advisory board for the UTD Center of Finance and Strategy Innovation helping organizations align themselves to their strategies.
